Queen Anne Condo

This project was designed for a busy business owner who needed a seamless transition into her new Queen Anne condo. With a full relocation and new home layout service, we took care of everything—from unpacking and organizing to coordinating third-party vendors and donation drop-offs. Our goal was to ensure that the client could focus on her business while her new home was set up to be fully functional and ready for a special occasion on move-in day.

The Project

The Queen Anne Condo relocation was a comprehensive “Done for You” service for a busy CEO who was relocating while actively traveling for business. The scope of the project included managing all aspects of the move, from home layout planning to unpacking and organizing the entire space.

Amy began by conducting a thorough on-site visit, during which she assessed the client’s needs and preferences. After a detailed consultation, Amy’s team managed the entire moving process, including downsizing the client’s belongings and coordinating haulers for removal of packing materials. The team meticulously unpacked and organized the new space while ensuring all third-party services were scheduled and executed without issue including donations.

One key element of the project was the client’s wish to host a dinner party on the same day she moved into her new condo. This added a unique challenge of not only setting up the home quickly but also making sure it was fully functional, presentable, and ready for guests.

The Results

The Queen Anne Condo project was a success on all fronts. Amy and her team’s attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that the client’s new home was completely set up and organized by the end of move-in day.
