Simply drop off at any UPS store, obtain a return receipt and go!  No info required.  Yours is connected to the numbers on the tech and they will send you an email confirming return.  Easy peasy lemon squeezey!  OR, you can print out a pre-paid return slip and leave out for home pickup OR drop off at any Comcast store.
