Your personalized home organizing and relocation services can be provided in person and by video. After your complimentary consult call, we customize an estimate just for you! We are happy to offer a reduced rate at the 12, 24 and 36 hour levels.
If you are on a limited income, please contact us to discuss our reduced rate and scholarship options.
All services are inclusive of tolls and mileage within a 30-minute radius of Northgate. Additional fees may apply outside of our 30-minute radius, for paid parking and ferry travel.

- This package starts at $400 and includes:
- 4 hours of customized services. We'll add what you need to build your perfect experience!
- Our Done for You relocation service includes everything from pre-listing preparations to new home nesting.
- Let our team take the overwhelm away by scheduling necessary contractors, decluttering, downsizing, and setting up your new space.
- The basic concierge package starts at $1,300 and includes:
- Space planning, relocation checklists, space mapping, and unpacking your kitchen. We'll add what you need to build your perfect concierge package!
- Existing Clients Exclusive: Keep your environment clutter-free and season-centric.
- Let us help you clean up for (or from) the holidays, change your environment for the seasons, tidy up your organizing systems or create new ones!
- This membership bills annual at $1,110. and includes:
- 3 hours per quarter (season) at same day and time, if you prefer!
